A Message from Dr. John Sturock, Superintendent

Welcome to the Allen Park Public School District where it is our mission to provide the best education possible in an environment that is challenging, yet caring and inviting. The Allen Park School District stands apart from others, in part, because of the unprecedented participation of the families and citizens in the community of which we are so fortunate to be a part.

The Allen Park Public School District has received the honor of being accredited through AdvancED/North Central Association. I believe this honor is a reflection of the long-standing uncompromising commitment to excellence in academics and student achievement on behalf of our highly qualified, caring staff and the strong support of parents and community. We firmly believe that children learn best when educators develop meaningful partnerships with parents, encouraging and valuing input and feedback from home. Our community stands united in its support of children, and our students benefit from that.

As you peruse our website, we hope you will find a great deal of helpful information about the Allen Park Public School District programs, activities and upcoming events. In an effort to enhance our communication with the community at-large, District news and information is also available on local Comcast Channel 22. Please note that if you had a PIN and password during the 2012-2013 school year, your PIN and password will not change! Those new to ParentConnection can contact the school office at the beginning of the 2013-14 school year for a PIN and password.
Food that's IN when school is OUT! Kids and teens under the age of 18 are invited to several locations in our area for free nutritious meals. Please check our Food Service page for the available locations and times!
